Prices/Rates

...our current prices are: Double Room: 75 R$/Reais (approx. 21 € /US$) Dorm Bed: 35 R$ per person (approx. 10€ /US$) - including a large tropical breakfast! Dinner with Brazilian Specialties is served on a voluntary basis at around 10 Reais (3 €) every night. As soon as possible we will also offer Internet services at 1R$/10 Min., the standard rate in Rio. All other information, photo-copies of city maps etc. are for free, of course! ...and if you would already like to get used to the Brazilian money, you can see a selection of the bills accepted at our pousada to the right ;) P.S.: Like most or even all other hotels/hostels in Rio de Janeiro, we do charge a higher price for our rooms during the week of carnival and between Christmas and New Year´s ((R$ 150 for a double room).
