Our Recommendation for a City Roundtrip
From Pousada Favelinha, go down to Largo do Machado, take the Metro to “Carioca”, walk around in the center, take bus 206 on Rua da Assembleia near Praca Tiradentes, and take it all the way up to our entrance in Santa Teresa. Alternatively, if returning during the day, walk a few meters from Metro Carioca to the station of the yellow tram to Santa Teresa and take the tram across the Lapa arches up to our entrance.
