Overview: The Hostel Favelinha in Detail

Whoever brings toys or dolls for the children in our favela, will receive two caipirinhas for free upon arrival. We need anything for our new children´s project, new or old, be it dolls, cars, pens or chalk, wooden toys etc…whatever you can think of! Thanks! 😉

 The pousada is open since December 2004 and is the first such project ever in a favela! If you would like to see how we built it, you can see it in the photo galleries!
We have five double rooms and a dorm room which all have a bathroon and a large balcony with a wonderful view of Rio de Janeiro (see above!)
We also have a terrace with over 120 square meters to chill out, enjoy the views, drink a caipririnha and relax in a hammock!

 The pousada is by far the largest building inside the Favela – and definitely the one with the best view. |
